Alistair is honored to be a part of the American Guild of Organists’s ‘Pipe Organs of New York City’ project!
Alistair made his Lincoln Center debut (harpsichord and organ) with the American Symphony Orchestra and Bard Festival Chorale on Thursday, December 19th 2019! The concert received an excellent review from the chief classical music critic of the New York Times.
On Sunday, December 9th, 2018, Alistair performed Olivier Messiaen’s extraordinary organ work, "La Nativité du Seigneur" on the French Symphonic Coignet-Casavant Frères organ at The Brick Church. A live stream of the performance is available here.
Alistair performed an inaugural organ concert on the newly restored and relocated Noack three-manual pipe organ in St. Paul’s Chapel on Friday, April 20th, 2018. The concert included music by Bache, Bairstow, Hollins, Bach, Muhly, Hovland, and Vierne. A live stream of the concert can be viewed here.
Alistair was honored to play the organ part in Mahler's Eighth Symphony on November 18th, 2017. The 600+ performers received a standing ovation!
